Our Return Policy:
Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-cut plywood.
- Opened hardware packages, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product
Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on the condition and reason for return.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
